Conscious Evolution - The Shift Happens When You Align With Your Higher Self

If you accept the idea that your higher self is in charge of your life and that your higher self had deliberately planned for you to experience certain challenges in your life so that you would gain wisdom (and deep understanding and appreciation) by living through them, you may wonder why it now requires a conscious effort on the part of your ego personality self to reconnect to the higher self within (conscious evolution).

Why isn't the process of conscious evolution automatic? Why can't you just go on autopilot instead of needing to consciously cultivate a relationship with your higher self? Why do you need to make a conscious decision and a deliberate effort to begin the process, why do you need to align with your higher self, why do you need to do anything different than what you've already been doing?

Well, you have been going pretty much on autopilot according to the challenges your higher self had planned for you to grow through and if you're completely thrilled with where you are right now, I would not recommend any changes. But if you would rather experience upliftment, if you'd rather begin to grow through joy rather than pain and suffering (because you think you've evolved enough spiritually and you're ready to make that switch), I'd recommend you make an effort to reconnect to your higher self and begin the process of conscious evolution now. Because this is what is going to cause a shift in your consciousness, and then in your life.

It's easy to keep something going when it's already in motion, when it already has momentum. But to be able to create a new experience or to change a direction in your life, you need to make a deliberate effort. That's why they call it conscious evolution.

You need to get past the inertia that's present. (Inertia is the resistance or disinclination to motion, action, or change.) When you're in the latter stages of momentum, it may only take, say, one unit of effort to yield 10 units of returns. But when you're beginning something new, at first it may seem to take 10 units of effort to yield one unit of return.

The good news is, if you make the effort it won't take long to see some results so that you are motivated to continue the process. It is this process of conscious evolution that will eventually lead you to your "Golden Age." (While this won't take long, it's not instantaneous either.)

If you choose to ignore your higher self it will try to get your attention with increasingly drastic measures. It's pretty obvious this is what's happening in the world right now. You have free will as to when you begin, but don't worry, it's all perfect. Whatever happens, it's just your higher self trying to teach you something. Call it tough love, if you want, but eventually we will all make it through.

Energy and Thought:

It is the concept of Thought, translated as an energy form, and its effect, and influence on our cellular and genetic make up, which are becoming more defined and acceptable as points of reference within the scientific community. Our understanding of these influences at a biochemical and structural level continue to evolve exponentially. But where is that Thought or Mind energy generated? How do we harness that energy in its purest form to effectively and to consciously direct and influence our own Bio-System and how can we develop an understanding of how to interact with conscious intent these unseen influences?

To develop an understanding of this process at first glance, it is best described simplistically and allegorically:

We can say that the Human Bio-System was created to be the ultimate and perfected operational creative machine. It was designed to function with flawless precision, perfection and accuracy. When fed information, the command center would input, process, and alter a myriad of interconnected systems, spontaneously and autonomously based on its original perfected command programmed information.

Thus, the ultimate and perfect operational Creative machine: self contained and self directed. Our data input, however, mostly derived from our External Environment, is a constant barrage of data input: Unfiltered, Uncensored and Unconscious.

Simply, all data is accepted and its systems' response is executed. With no viral protection installed, the computer accepts all programs and input information.

This Uncensored, Unfiltered, Unconscious information (or input) is plagued with computer viruses and inconsistent programs. If these entries are uncensored they are allowed to replicate and act on the original programs and thus create a damaging effect on the system, cells and its operations creating (misalignments) or dis-ease.

This concept of self- regulation is supported by many current scientifically accepted models of 'Epigenetic Studies'.

"Our thoughts, a form of data input, control our genes, not the other way around".

As these new concepts in Medicine continue to emerge and shift our understanding of the Mechanics of the Human Biology System and its infinite interplay with its unseen environment, we are recognizing the importance of evolving our traditional understanding, and training to accommodate these new concepts and understandings into a New Experiential Paradigm of learning and practice.

In the series, "The Sustainable Human "we will explore and learn to consciously experience how as Human beings and intelligent life, we are informed where or how we are vibrating through our Emotional Guidance System. It is this sensitive Human GPS that detects Human emotions as vibratory frequencies. It is these emotions, which are representative of energy translated as feelings, that are somatic manifestations of acquired beliefs, and patterns that should be used to guide us back into alignment.

We will address the mechanics of how to recognize, correct and restore these misalignments by organically raising our Frequency, which is achieved spontaneously by alignment of our energy field specifically and with directed focus and intent to Source frequency. Source frequency, is defined as Pure Consciousness, the inherent, primordial frequency that permeates though all of creation in this Universe. We will discuss how it is by access to this pure consciousness that we begin to reprogram our Biological System so that we can decide, influence and command our health and well being, beyond the self-limiting constructs and beliefs we have acquired as individual and collective members of this reality.

The Gift of Imagination - Conscious Evolution and Spiritual Growth With Creativity

It is vital to the happiness of every individual that he or she continues to evolve in spiritual growth, self-awareness, and personal development. This growth and expansion as our true and authentic self is the basis of all spirituality. Accordingly, this growth and expansion can be enhanced by the use of the gift of imagination for creativity.

Progression and advancement in consciousness is the Universal Law of Continual Consciousness. And just how does creativity and imagination play an impacting role in our progression and advancement in consciousness? It plays a role through our ability to constructively and productively use the imagination to co-create life. The imagination when use properly begins the process of allowing the Creative Spirit to move.

Each time we use the gift of imagination properly we stir creative expression (the movement of the creative spirit). Creative expression promotes conscious evolution and spiritual growth. This growth and evolution is possible because as we use the gift of imagination, we are inspired and we inspire others. This inspiration is the substance which allows us to become more and add more life to life. Accordingly, if we were to ever wonder what the greatest desire for all mankind and womankind could be, the answer would be-more life. More life is riches and we have a divine right to live richly and in abundance.

Now, the question is, how can we use our imagination effectively to enhance creativity, conscious evolution, and spiritual growth? The answer is, go to the core of your being where your true and authentic self resides. Your true and authentic self is a natural co-creator who has been implanted with a vision for purpose in life. When we use the gift of imagination from the core of our true and authentic self, we are powerful co-creators and most importantly we are functioning as unstoppable visionaries.

A fine illustration from an artistic perspective is the art form of performance art, specifically acting and dramatic interpretation. An actor or actress who wants to deliver a powerful and dynamic performance always looks for ways to relate to the character from his or her true and authentic self-why? By taking the time to relate some aspect of the character's nature to his or her true and authentic self, the performance becomes more authentic. And if this actor or actress is seeking to communicate something about life and the human condition, he or she evolves and grows from having "played" the role of the character.

For example, if you were an actress who wanted to play the role of Lady Macbeth and you wanted to identify with her character, you may want to tap into your desire for success and fame in order to understand Lady Macbeth's ambition and greed. To heighten the identification and relation to the character, you may use your imagination to intensify your desire for success in order to understand Lady Macbeth's level of ambition. You may ask yourself: "What lengths would I go to achieve success?" With greater intensity with the use of your imagination, you may imagine what Lady Macbeth is feeling. How she make think she is justified in her actions. Later as she is tormented with guilt of her actions, you may use your imagination through the knowledge of your true and authentic self to understand her guilt.

Once your performance of Lady Macbeth has ended, it would be beneficial to you the artist to take the time to discover what new things you have discovered about who you really are and what is important to you. As such, by way of creativity and your imagination, you have grown in some way spiritually and consciously for having played the role of Lady Macbeth.

The same is true when we sing a song, draw picture, paint a portrait, or read literature. The same is true when we visualize how we want to live our lives, take meditative journeys to understand our true desires, or journal for self-realization. Creativity is creativity. It does not matter if creativity is used for art, personal development, spiritual development, self-actualization, or self-improvement. It does not matter because in the process, we are embarking on a journey to discover more about who we really are. The authenticity of this discovery is what leads to spiritual growth, conscious evolution, personal power, and success. This freedom of self-discovery becomes contagious and it inspires others to reach within to create more life.

So, if you desire to grow, progress, and expand spiritually and consciously, use the gift of imagination in the creation process. Imagination is a powerful gift and it is most powerful when we use it as our true and authentic self. The journey begins when we let go of the fetters and illusions of the ego and let the Creative Spirit move.

Understanding the God Consciousness Gestalt and Evolution of the Soul

Two words we will be using often in this discussion are (Hierarchy and Gestalt). For our purposes, Hierarchy will mean the stratified organization and layering of consciousness based on it's abilities, maturity and development. Gestalt will mean an organized and united whole that equals more than the sum of it's parts, and cannot be defined by knowing and categorizing the totality of it's components. When we think of consciousness in light of what we know and see in our everyday activities, we are presented with evidence that some living forms seem to possess more developed abilities than others.

This leads us to the assumption that we are the living epitome of consciousness expressed in human form. We assume that we are the top of the pile of living consciousness, with all other living forms below us. Of course, the word "living" itself is arbitrary, as we all tend to draw our own line of demarcation between what is "alive" and what is not alive. We attribute consciousness to things that are alive, that move, that think, reason, etc. In other words we like to consider ourselves and some animals as possessing consciousness.

If we were able to trace the evidence of consciousness downward on the scale of "living things" we would be amazed to learn that birds, insects, flowers, grass, bacteria and even the cells that compose the human body have their own and value oriented type of consciousness. Their consciousness is not equal in egotistical development as ours, but it is not less in quality, it simply has not developed in the same way as our reasoning mind consciousness. The natural instinctive consciousness of the animals serves them well for their necessary interaction with nature and the environment. We humans are part of a beautiful tapestry of consciousness composing a system of reality rising out of need and developed with a purpose. All consciousness contained within our realty has it's purpose and that purpose is to BE. What we don't understand as yet is that EVERYTHING possesses it's own type of consciousness.

Consciousness is even somewhat aware of itself in the ubiquitous electron, the atom, and even the cells and molecules are aware of their motion within a life form. The American Indian knew only a few hundred short years ago, that there is consciousness in the tree, the rock, the river and mountains. It is rather easy to accept this premise in light of other spiritual enigmas that confound us. Unfortunately with the evolution of our precise physical manipulation in a three dimensional reality, it became necessary for us to focus intently on physical performance of the biological form and we lost some of the intuitive truths that were inherently ours from the beginning. These truths are not lost, they just became buried deep within our psyche waiting to be activated again, to bring about the natural blending of the physical reasoning mind and the inner knowledge that still awaits activation.

So if we were to attempt to stratify and categorize consciousness, we would probably put ourselves near to top of the ladder with a huge gap between ourselves and God. Why would we assume that there are unending gradations of consciousness below ours but seemingly none above ours until you reached that ultimate "God Reality"?

The truth is that there are countless gradations of conscious entities above us of such psychic sophistication that we could only contemplate them as godlike psychological structures and their reality would not be translatable in words. There exist countless very mature, sophisticated entities that we cannot perceive and never will be able to perceive. These are the entities, some of which have experienced Earth reality at sometime in the distant path, have evolved through Earth reality and gone on to other more challenging worlds. Because we cannot perceive these entities with our Earth tuned senses does not mean they do not exist. They exist more assuredly than you or I do in an actuality that is so evolved that even if I were able to explain it, you could not understand. To these "super entities" Earth reality was once their kindergarten just as it is now ours. Earth is the beginning playground for new consciousness. We are here to learn, create, experience, yes, make mistakes for sure, but to learn from our mistakes and create again and again, improving all the while.

Now finally, there is therefore a PYRAMID GESTALT of consciousness with newer consciousness on the lower levels, evolving and moving upward within the pyramid structure as they progress. Of course the very top of the pyramid is ALL THAT IS (GOD). This Prime Being is composed of all consciousness below on the pyramid structure. Conversely speaking if we were to carry that thought to it's logical conclusion, in some very real way, your existence NOW on the lower levels of the psychological pyramid structure speaks of your very real connection with Top of the pyramid. Everything is connected and part of another everything.

Everything is part of something else. Nothing in the Universe stands alone. You are a part of this Pyramid Gestalt, this Hierarchy of consciousness that and between you and All That Is are unimaginable sophistication that you can hardly envision. The fact that you are part of countless entities above and below you as they are part of entities above and below them. "I use the term above and below, when the meaning is more advanced in consciousness development". I am saying that within this Hierarchy, you are part of something else, that is itself part of something else and so on forever. In entity development there is no better or best, there is just more advanced, mature, developed, but all are of the same quality, as they came from the same Source.

This kind of psychic oneness should not in the least bother you or make you in any way feel insignificant. It is quite like the following analogy. You live within your family at the same time you live within your city or county. You also live within your country and live on your continent and there is no contradiction, no jealousy of one above the other even though you are part of all simultaneously. The entity of which you are a part, scarcely notices you, but it's development depends on the structures upon which it rests and give it strength. You are a part of grander entities, and you don't even notice it. You are evolving in that direction yourself, and as your position on this pyramid of consciousness increases in depth and awareness, so will it increase maturity and psychic sophistication.

If you have been anxiously awaiting your unification with God, forget it. You are already as closely connected as you will ever be. As you increase and become more, All That Is increases multitudinous amounts multiplied by the number of all consciousness on this earth. From this you can see that as you increase, All That Is increases exponentially. As an example, as you progress an inch, All That Is progresses a million miles in terms of distance as an analogy. All That Is experiences through all entities beneath itself including you, as you to are also an entity of considerable worth and always becoming more. All That Is doubles itself in nanoseconds. So as there are countless layers of consciousness below yours, there are more above yours also. There is no huge gap between yourself and God and there are others that have gone before you. The more sophisticated and evolved the entity, the more entities involved with it and a part of it.

An entity can perceive dimensions of reality that are not yet as not as developed as it's own, but cannot perceive dimensions that are more evolved.
